It forecasts nothing — it compares Bitcoin's live price with its futures contract price.
A futures contract often trades higher than the asset itself. That gap is income — for whoever measures it honestly: after every fee, in real time, on both order books at once. When the trade earns more than leaving the money in US Treasuries, the terminal lights up.
